Victor Griss

Victor Griss is an arts and curatorial professional with a passion for creative projects and partnerships, philanthropy, education and bringing the arts to new audiences. He has gained extensive experience in public galleries in university and local government sectors in collections and curatorial roles including at Deakin University Art Gallery; and Counihan Gallery (Merri-bek City Council) where he was responsible for delivering over 150 exhibitions and 250 public programs. He was a member of the City of Whitehorse Arts Advisory Committee (2012-2015), RMIT School of Art Advisory Committee (2014-2019) and Public Galleries Association of Victoria (PGAV) board of management (2021-2023). He is currently a committee member of the Melbourne Cinémathèque, a member of the RMIT Vocational Education Industry Advisory Committee and a panellist for the Georges Mora Fellowship selection committee. Victor holds a Master of Liberal Arts (Museums & Collections) from the Australian National University.
