Dear Friends and Supporters,

As we approach the end of the financial year you may be considering a charitable contribution to a worthy cause. Tax-deductible contributions to arts organisations are a terrific way to provide meaningful support to our arts communities in perilous times. Even small donations work to assist the labour of those who produce and present cultural materials, and they offset your tax burden to boot.

NETS Victoria is seeking financial supporters to join its mission in delivering high quality contemporary art exhibitions to regional Australian communities. Bringing contemporary art and artists to regional communities helps to overcome obstacles presented by distances and population sizes.

“Active participation in regionally relevant, high-quality artwork can be a transformative experience,” notes Regional Arts Australia, “that propels a community to creatively re-imagine itself”. NETS Victoria’s touring exhibitions have a proven history of delivering meaningful outcomes through curatorial expertise, high quality artwork selection, access to artists, tailored education resources and professional development opportunities.

In 2025, we financially supported 45 artists and 6 curators, toured 3 different exhibitions, and hosted 10 presentations across Australian regional galleries. We develop educational resources and public programs that cultivate important conversations, community connection, cultural diversity, and inclusive participation. NETS Victoria also assisted with the development of 2 further standalone projects, both of which garnered High Commendations in the recent 2026 Victorian Museums and Galleries Awards for excellence, innovation, and leadership across Victoria’s museum, gallery, and community collecting sectors.

Your donation will have real impact by supporting living Australian artists, curators, and contemporary art exhibitions, with a focus on platforming First Nations and diverse voices often left behind. With your help, we can change lives with the presentation of cutting-edge artwork and contribute to important cultural conversations through touring exhibitions that can have a profound impact in regional communities.

As a not-for-profit we rely on public funding and private donors. Become a champion of creativity via a contribution to Victoria’s premier visual arts touring body – NETS Victoria. No donation is too small. Every contribution is meaningful.

All donations over $2 are tax-deductible.
