- Has the exhibition been conceived and is being developed by professional staff from a Victorian arts organisation? Independent curators or artists must apply through an organisation.
- Does the exhibition fit with NETS Victoria's Exhibitions policy?
- Is the exhibition innovative and of a high quality in approach and content?
- Has a publication and learning programs been developed to engage a broad or targeted audience?
- Is the tour financially viable? Please note, the Partnerships Program offers in-kind support, rather than financial assistance for touring.
