Communications Manager – NETS Victoria [maternity leave]

Location: Within NGV Australia, Federation Square, Melbourne
Salary: $40,000 - 45,000 + 9% superannuation (12 month contract)

NETS Victoria develops and tours exhibitions of contemporary art, craft and design to galleries in metropolitan and regional Victoria and interstate.

NETS Victoria is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic person for the position of Communications Manager. This position is responsible for building awareness and support for NETS Victoria and its touring exhibition program.

To be considered, you will be highly skilled in written communications with a sophisticated understanding of contemporary art, and able to communicate its issues and ideas simply to the widest range of media and audience groups. You will also possess good computer skills and a flexible approach in order to effectively operate in a team environment.
